Catholic Schools Week
January 29 - February 4
Schools throughout the Archdiocese of Milwaukee will celebrate Catholic Schools Week from January 29 to February 4. Catholic Schools Week is a nationwide event that recognizes the high standards of excellence and the quality of the education available to all students in Catholic elementary and secondary schools across the U.S. Nationwide, more than 2.4 million students attend 7,799 Catholic elementary and secondary schools. "During my visits to the excellent Catholic elementary and secondary schools throughout the Archdiocese of Milwaukee, I am continually reminded of the priceless gift of Catholic education," said Milwaukee Archbishop Timothy M. Dolan. "It is during these visits that I see the promising future of our Catholic faith in the faces of so many bright, talented and curious young people."
Schools throughout the Archdiocese of Milwaukee will host a wide variety of events to celebrate the important role that Catholic elementary and secondary schools play in providing a values-added education for young people in southeastern Wisconsin. For more information, please visit this link.
