Relax! Relax every muscle, every bone, every joint in your body. Relax your mind as well.
Focus! Keeping your mind on what's going on at the present moment will make you be attentive. Don't waste your time thinking about things that don't make sense. Think about what will better you. Think about what is important!
Have confidence! When you think negative, you've already lost. Fill your mind with happy positive, encouraging thoughts. Don't practice negative thinking. The more you practice positive and confident thinking the more positive you'll become.
Yes! It's very possible to do all these things at once.
Relaxing, focusing, and having confidence = Success
A lot of your energy should be going into partnership concerns as you try to balance your desires with the needs of your loved ones. Try not to spend too much time dwelling on any future expectations. Just concentrate on dealing with one thing at a time.
