has been decided in 4th Joint Review
Mission (JRM) that contracts for Civil Works
including repairs, refurbishments, modifications,
extensions and all new constructions, either
through National Shopping (NS) or National
Competitive Bid (NCB) should be awarded by 31st
March 2006, failing which these will not be part
of TEQIP.
