Who may attend the seminar?
 Prosecutors, city/county attorneys, police officers (DREs, accident reconstructionists, technical investigators, police photographers, traffic investigators), police legal advisors, law enforcement administrators.
Media representatives, defense attorneys and other civilians with no connection to law enforcement are not admitted.
Special guests (Governor's highway traffic safety representatives, prosecuting attorney training coordinators, etc.) may attend with permission of the instructors.

How can I register?
By completing the registration form, then faxing or mailing it to the Contact Person for the hosting agency (listed on the schedule of dates and locations). You may also mail or fax the registration directly to Legal Sciences, Inc. at 51 Nash Hill Road, Ludlow, MA 01056 (fax 319 653-6533).

Are discounts to the course fee available?
The basic course fee is $129.00 (US) per student. If two or more students register from the same office or agency the course fee is discounted to $119.00 (US) per student.

What are the hours of the seminar?
Sign-in for the seminar begins at 7:45 a.m. The sessions last until 5:00 p.m. A more detailed schedule may be seen HERE

What is LSI's payment policy?
Payment of the course fee on or before the date of the seminar is preferred. Direct billing of the course fee is available when necessary. "Purchase Orders" are accepted.

Does the seminar fee include meals?
No, the cost of meals is your responsibility. Directions to local restaurants will be provided by the host at the seminar.

Can I register at the door?
No, you must register prior to the seminar as described above.

Are certificates awarded?
Yes. LSI presents Certificates of Completion at the end of the seminar.

Is the course fee tax deductible?
It may be deductible as a professional education expense. Consult your personal tax advisor for details.

Is there a dress code?
There is no formal dress code. Comfortable, informal clothing is recommended unless a uniform is required to be worn pursuant to a departmental or agency policy.

Is video or audio tape recording of the seminar permitted?
No. However LSI soon will offer a library of video tapes available for purchase.

Will any LSI products be available for sale at the seminar?
A book representative from LEXIS Law Publishing of Charlottesville, Virginia will be selling books that have been authored by the instructors.

Is "Winning the DWI Crash Case" like other law enforcement seminars I've attended?
No! This seminar allows prosecutors and police officers to train together. It is both informative and motivational. It utilizes whatever level of training a student has had and demonstrates how it can be applied in ways that promote convictions.
