"Winning the DWI Crash Case" is a one-day, police-prosecutor "cross-training" seminar workshop.  Its primary and fundamental purpose is to promote guilty verdicts in those drunk and drugged driver cases that actually go to trial, where there is an aggressive defense and where a conviction is most deserved.

This course focuses on the steps of witness preparation, the strategies, tactics and techniques used to cross examine police witnesses, fundamentals of toxicology and using crash reconstruction to paint a winning picture for the jury. This is not a "talking heads" program. It is not a course about the local law of a given state.

The seminar is a practical "nuts and bolts" course that, in a dynamic and organized way, shows the motivated police officer and prosecutor of DWI-related cases ways to reach their next higher performance levels - the level where every action is designed to have the strongest impact in the courtroom.
