Mad Dog Multimedia, Inc.(“Mad Dog”) is a computer hardware company based in the USA that is committed to customer privacy.  This policy outlines our personal information handling practices and covers both Mad Dog and its Web site.

You can access our Web site home page and browse our site without disclosing your personal data.

Information Collection and Use:

Mad Dog collects personally identifiable information to fulfill requests that you make of us and to contact you about items such as rebates, technical support, specials and new product introductions.  Mad Dog collects such information in relation to:

• E-Mail Address:

  This provides you access to your phone and email support during complimentary support period. This also allows you to receive a valid product registration code. 

• Registration Code:

  These are used to insure that you qualify for Technical Support Services and Rebate Redemptions. 

• On-Line Purchases:

  When you make a purchase from Mad Dog, we ask for your name, address, email address, phone number, and credit card information. 

Information Sharing and Disclosure:

Mad Dog may send personally identifiable information about you to other companies or people when: (1) We have your consent to share the information; (2) We need to share your information to provide a product or service to you; (3) We need to send the information to companies who work on behalf of Mad Dog to provide a product or service to you; and/or (4) We need to respond to subpoenas, court orders or other legal processes. 

Security measures.

We protect the personal information you share with us. For example, if you make an online purchase with us, we encrypt your credit card number for transmission.  Once the credit card data has been transmitted, it is not stored on our system.  All employees who have access to your personal information are obliged to respect the confidentiality of your personal data.

Children’s Security.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Data Retention.

Mad Dog will not retain your personal information longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

We provide links to third party web sites. Since we do not control these sites, we encourage you to review the privacy policies posted on these sites.

Some Mad Dog Web pages use cookies. Cookies help us provide a better user experience.  If you choose to disable cookies in your browser, you can still access most of our Web pages.  Some Web pages will not be able to complete certain activities if cookies are disabled.

We need your help in making sure your personal information is correct in our systems. Please notify us of changes to your email address.
