but not limited to Redherring.com (collectively hereinafter "Red Herring"), is
committed to protecting the privacy of its customers and the users of the Web
sites located at www.redherring.com
, as such Web sites may change from time to time (collectively, the "Red
Herring Site"). This site, as it may be modified from time to time (this
"Privacy Policy"), gives you details of our privacy practices, including a)
what information we collect about you when you use the Red Herring Site; b) how
the information will be used or disclosed; and c) your rights with respect to
our collection and use of your data.
What information do we collect and why?
