- The advertising and sale of illegal bootleg material (such as copied CDs, DVDs, VCDs and computer software)
- Persistent xenophobia, racism or personal abuse
- Commercial advertising (except by Site Sponsors), Spam or any other form of unauthorised advertising
- Anything invasive of a person's privacy, including the posting of photographs without that person's permission
- Anything that violates any law.
- You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless you own the copyright on that material.
- You remain solely responsible for the content of your messages, and you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless with respect to any claim based upon transmission of your message(s).
- We reserve the right to reveal your identity (or whatever information we know about you) in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by you.
- Although we cannot possibly review all the messages posted and are not responsible for the content of any of these messages, we reserve the right to delete any message for any reason whatsoever.
Any user found to be breaching the above terms and conditions will have their account disabled, and extreme cases an abuse report will be filed with the appropriate authorities.
