Background

uiActive is the result of a merger between two leading mobile applications companies; Bullant software and ECONZ Wireless.

Bullant Software was based in Sydney, Australia. It developed a mobile client/server platform which enables mobile operators to provide a customizable user interface and operating system on mobile handsets.

ECONZ Wireless Inc. had developed a suite of applications aimed at the mobile workforce. ECONZ distributes its products in the USA through a National Joint Marketing Agreement (JMA) with Verizon Wireless.
