SKMM has set up the “SKMM Consumer Complaints Bureau” to receive and handle the complaints with regards to communications and multimedia services. With the establishment of this bureau, SKMM aims to strengthen its complaints monitoring and management function
The public can lodge their complaints to the SKMM Consumer Complaints Bureau through the following channels:
