The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission on 20 April 2007 has issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Spectrum Research Collaboration Program Between MCMC and Institutions of Higher Learning (IHL)
The purpose of this RFP is to invite eligible person(s) to submit research proposal(s) on the research focus areas and theme(s) as stated in the “Guide to Spectrum Research Collaboration Program with Institutions of Higher Learning 2007” (hereinafter referred as ‘SRCP guide’).
