Technical Questions

1. If you're having problems with our games concerning video, audio or similar technical problems it's probably due to old and/or incompatible hardware drivers. The first thing you should do is to get a fresh and recent copy of DirectX for your computer. If you're still having problems after upgrading directX, visit the websites of your video and audio hardware manufacturers and download and install the latest drivers for your computer.
