Founded in 2003, Total Sports Management has developed a client list that includes over 40 of the worlds top track and field athletes. The headquarters are located in Johnson City, TN, with satellite offices in Miami Beach, FL, and Kiev, Ukraine. Total Sports currently represents athletes from Antigua, Australia, Bahamas, Canada, Cayman Islands, Congo, Dominica, Great Britain, Greece, Haiti, Ireland, Jamaica, Poland, Russia, Trinidad and Tobago, Ukraine, United States, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. This list includes multiple Olympians and national record holders.

Topping this list are 2007 World Championship 800 meter silver medalist Gary Reed of Canada; 2007 World Championships bronze medalists Carmelita Jeter (100 meters) and David Payne (110 meter hurdles) of the United States; Novlene Williams-Mills (400 meters) of Jamaica; and Hrysopiyí Devetzí (Triple Jump) of Greece, who also captured the silver at the 2008 World Indoor Championships and 2004 Olympic Games. Total Sports' athlete list also boasts the no. 3 200 meter runner of all-time in Xavier "X-Man" Carter of the United States. In 2006, Carter won four events at the NCAA Championships, including the 100 meters and 400 meters. In the X-Man's first international 200 meter race in Lausanne, Switzerland he ran 19.63, which at the time was the second fastest time in history. Joining Carter is 2004 Olympic gold medalist and Olympic record holder Tim Mack of the United States, and Periklis Iakovakis of Greece, the 2007 European Champion in the men's 400 meter hurdles.
