KATHERINE GRIFFITH (Mrs. Zero) an actor/writer with work seen in 15 states, 5 countries and over 100 venues, including comedy clubs, prisons, Zen centers, performance art spaces, and festivals. Her solos include playing: 17 wacky women in Crazy Ladies (Backstage West Critic’s Choice), 40 people in the 10-minute Window on the World, and many bizarre spirits “channeled by an overloaded psychic” in the Miss Pretty Hand shows. Other favorites: Dolly Levi ,The Matchmaker (Atlantic Theatre Festival); Mrs. Antrobus, Skin of Our Teeth (Geer), Bob the Gravedigger, A Perfect Wedding (Kirk Douglas); and in her own plays: Cassandra, Visions & Voices and Billy, The Ballad of Billy K (Jump-Start, O'Neill Conference). DERRICK MCDANIEL (Lights)
With Circus Theatricals: The Heiress, Seduced, Complexity, Greensward The Misanthrope and Iphigenia in Aulis. Derrick began his acting apprenticeship in 1990 at Theater East in Studio City, CA. This is where he honed the craft of stage lighting. A few of his lighting credits include “The Godfather Workout” for the HBO comedy festival in Aspen; “The Quiet Room” at the Whitefire Theater, “Worse Than Murder” at the Ventura Court Theater, and “Eubie Weller” at the Stella Adler Theater; “Among The Thugs” at the Odyssey Theater- and many others. Derrick was nominated for a 2004 Los Angeles Drama Critics Circle award for lighting, in “Among The Thugs”, as well as, a 2005 ADA lighting nomination. He has earned critical acclaim, many times over, for his designs. Derrick would like to thank you for your support of live theater. Enjoy.

JJ HICKEY (Choreography)
John James Hickey trained as a director, choreographer, composer, actor and designer. He has directed and choreographed in NYC, LA, Williamstown Theater Festival, and in London at the Royal National Theater. Credits: USA, The Eight Reindeer Monologues, The Killing Act, The Napoleonade, Lend Me A Tenor, Fool for Love, States of Shock, Beyond Therapy, Taming of the Shrew. He most recently directed and choreographed the lost musical Lady Luxury for the 90 th anniversary of the historic Al. Ringling Theater in Baraboo, Wisconsin. JJ is a graduate of the Yale School of Drama.

Soren Hansen is an actor,writer, musician and filmmaker living in in Santa Monica. Previous collaborations with Scott Alan Smith include sound design for Bus Stop, The Roads to Home, Tabak, Americana Absurdum and his own short film Quackthrough. He is delighted to be associated with Circus Theatricals and dedicates this show to his wife Lori and his daughter Halley.

She is the receipient of 3 Ovation Awards-L'A's highest honor for achievement in theater-L.A. Film credits include: Assistant Art Director for Next, Die Hard 4, Poseidon, Sky High, Stuart Little II and Looney Tunes: Back in Action. JANNA CRESSWELL (Costumes)
Janna Cresswell lives in Spokane, Washington where she is the resident costume designer for their regional theater, Interplayers .This past season she designed Of Mice and Men, Bus Stop, Moon Over Buffalo, Driving Miss Daisy and Six Dance Lessons in Six Weeks. She has also designed for The Spokane Theatrical Company, including their productions of Carousel, The Sound of Music and Grease. She is excited to be working with this company and thanks Scott Alan Smith, Jack Stehlin and Jeannine Stehlin for the opportunity.

Angelo Domingo (Stage Manager) Angelo Domingo is excited to be working with such a talented cast. His theater credits includes; Guys & Dolls, Hair, Anything Goes, and What's Wrong with Angry. He also has worked behind the scenes as a Prop Master and Light Board Operator for Wild Party and a Stage Manager for Wait where he received a meritorious award from the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival. ELIZABETH SAMPSON (Assistant Director/Costumes)
Recently directed the acclaimed Joy Gregory play, Finish and Trim for the Road Theater Company. Other directing credits include Spring Dance (Pepperdine), King of the Moon (The Groundlings), A Midsummer Night's Dream (Michigan Summer Theater), She is currently assisting on Big Death, Little Death also at the Road and has assisted on Tabak and New York Mets. She performs and is the co-author of Bringin' Home the Girl which ran in New York City and here in L.A. at Stages (directed by Scott Alan Smith). Film/TV includes Modern Vampires (with Rod Steiger) guest roles on The Unit, Grey's Anatomy, ER, Without a Trace, Boston Legal, Strong Medicine, The Division, Seventh Heaven and a recurring on The Brotherhood of Poland, New Hampshire. She is a graduate of the American Conservatory Theater where she performed numerous roles as a member of the company, and is a founding member of The Ashbury Actor's Group.

Scott Alan Smith is proud to be a member of Circus Theatricals where The Adding Machine marks his company directing debut. Past Circus productions include Richard III and as assistant director to Casey Biggs on Macbeth. Directing credits include: Bus Stop at Spokane's Interplayers Theater (where he will direct Moon for the Misbegotten next season) The Dearest of Friends (Pepperdine University), Tabak, the West Coast premiere of New York Mets by TJ Edwards (nominated for ADA award), So Nice to See You (winner, Dramalogue award,) Lynette at 3AM, Mr. Happiness, Bringing Home the Girl. As assistant director: Mother Courage, Light, (Theater @ Boston Court) and True West (at Deaf West Theater). He is a founding member of the Ashbury Actor’s Group and co-author (with Adam Paul) of the two-man play King of the Moon which ran Off-Off Broadway, at the Groundlings Theater in LA and was made into a film for FOX Searchlab where it premiered at the 2004 Tribeca Film Festival as part of an Alfred P. Sloan Foundation grant. He has also directed Ed Harris for the LA Phil’s Season Opening Gala at Disney Hall.

Sound design credits include Circus Theatricals 7th Annual Festival of One Act Plays (now playing), and The Circle (LA Weekly "Best Sound Design" nomination).
Acting credits include: The Heiress, Macbeth, Twelfth Night, The Job, Peer Gynt, Tartuffe, The Misanthrope, Hippolytus, The Stronger, The Art of Success, Women and Wallace and the films, “Watch It,” and “Rancho Cucamonga." Jeannine made her professional debut on the popular children's program, "Romper Room." JACK STEHLIN (Artistic Director)
Jack founded Circus Theatricals in New York in 1983, and has produced over 40 plays in NYC and Los Angeles. An award-winning actor, Jack has appeared on Broadway, Off-Broadway, regional theatre, and stages around the world. Jack is an alumnus of John Houseman's The Acting Company and a graduate of the Juilliard School. Most recently, he as seen on stage in the Circus Theatricals production of Complexity, and the Los Angeles premiere of Salome with Al Pacino, directed by Estelle Parsons.
As an actor, his Circus Theatricals productions include The Misanthrope, The Circle , Macbeth, Hamlet, Richard III, Tartuffe, True West, The Cheats of Scapin, The Job. Other Los Angeles Theatre:Speed-the-Plow (Los Angeles premiere), and Habitation of Dragons (Zephyr). His extensive notable New York credits include Richard II (dir.
