An update is defined as a new application release with a revision number (i.e. 3.0 to 3.1). We offer such updates for free download on our site. On the other hand, an upgrade is a application release with a new version number (i.e. 3.5 to 4.0). Since upgrades contain bigger changes and new functionality, they are not free, but offered at a considerable savings compared to a full release. Upgrades are free of charge if the software has been purchased within the last 90 days. You can order upgrades in our Online Store.
Generally, all registered customers will be informed of new versions by e-mail. This is why it's important to register your copy with us!
The About window displays the version of the application and its modules. Activate the command About... in the Help menu to view this dialog. Please download the trial version which corresponds to the version of your software and install it. If you have purchased the software, your registration key will continue to function with the updated version.
