Review Copies: Review copies are available to faculty and the press upon written request.
Returns/Claims: Defective materials are returnable for exchange at any time within 60 days of shipping. Materials damaged during shipment may be returned for exchange with the original shipping package within 60 days of receipt. Items shipped as ordered are not returnable. All claims must be made within 6 months of order date.
