Seriously lacking in the lulz department.

Literally it means "not funny". In truth, however, it usually means "funny". Note: Jampudding is never ever funny, even if she is not funny.

Used by the victim of the funny as a rebuttal, it almost automatically means that whatever is being so labelled is worth a read and a LOL.
