Katy is a 13-year-old girl and Invader Zim fan who mistakenly assumed that since /b/ was the "random" board, it was for random people like her. Obviously, she had not seen shitting dick nipples or the Rule 34-induced madness of the lurking pedobears that dwelled within and was told to GTFO and STFU.

Her post soon then became a large serving of copypasta with extra sauce. Some argue that the original Katy post(s) were a successful trolling attempt, and they are probably right. She nevar returned to /b/ and was roundly booed by nigras everywhere.
All in all, the Katy posts were a major source of lulz throughout 4chan and even spawned several imitators, none of which were any good and actually might be the cancer that is killing /b/.

On March 25, 2007, it was revealed that not only was Katy a real person, but that her full name was Katherine Lippencott. However, being under 18, she is not in the phonebook and therefore cannot be stalked for great justice. Unfortunately, this means that we will have to wait for our lulz until at least 2012, by which time it will be cold and stale.
