Add your other thread (I used a Burgundy but you can use other red if desired.) on to other needle thread and start at end of last ring made, leaving a tail.
Do a ds, make a picot between 2ds each making 21 picots all. RW
Put needle through picot and make 4 more picots for tail end.
For the bottom Ring:
3ds p 3ds p 1ds LP 1ds p 3ds p 3ds Cl Tie and hide ends.
Lay work out, pin and shape.
