Ch 2ds p 2ds Rw (note do not pull to hard on these small chains, they could bunch. Leave them curved  but not over pulled.

Ch 3ds + (chain on opposite side) 3ds Rw

Shape, and starch if dedired. A tassel can also be added to the Cross if you'd like.
