St. Vincent to Open for Death Cab for Cutie
They say St. Christopher's the patron saint of travel, but as Death Cab for Cutie kick off their fall tour early next month, they'll be joined by yet another source of reverence. Annie Clark-- St. Vincent to you and me-- will take up with the Death Cab for the first four dates of their fall jaunt, which kicks off October 3 in Boston.
Clark's got a few dates of her own as well, including a spot at the Fun Fun Fun Fest and at Sufjan's Brooklyn Academy of Music sleepover. She's also playing September 25 at Boston's School of the Museum of Fine Arts. But if you ain't a Museum of Fine Arts student, you ain't getting in. St. Vincent, it turns out, is the patron saint of shuttin' out fingerpainters.
St. Vincent:
09-25 Boston, MA - School of the Museum of Fine Arts (students only)
09-27 Brooklyn, NY - Brooklyn Academy of Music (Takeover) !
10-03 Boston, MA - Agganis Arena *
10-04 Wallingford, CT - Chevrolet Theater *
10-05 Atlantic City, NJ - Showboat Casino Hotel *
10-06 New York, NY - Radio City Music Hall *
11-09 Austin, TX - Fun Fun Fun Fest
! with Naomi Shelton & the Gospel Queens, the Budos Band, Brooklyn Youth Chorus, King Britt, Vikter Dupleix, maybe Sufjan Stevens if we're lucky
* with Death Cab for Cutie
