Today's birthday (March 7). You're a lucky buckaroo for the next several months. After that, more work will be required. You'll also run into more resistance, but don't let that stop you. Working harder makes you stronger. Opposition increases your determination.

Aries (March 21-April 19): Today is a 5. Keep your temper under control, especially when dealing with dorks. A very annoying person seems determined to drive you nuts. Self-control is required here.

Taurus (April 20-May 20): 7. Rules and regulations are just about enough to drive you crazy. You'd rather set your own course of action. If you do, keep a low profile.

Gemini (May 21-June 21): 6. There's more money coming in, and not a moment too soon. You can get yourself a treat, but be sensible about it. Maintain frugality.

Cancer (June 22-July 22): 8. Venture a little further to see something you've never seen. You're especially fascinated by the rare and unusual now. Somehow, water is involved.

Leo (July 23-Aug. 22): 5. You're like an open book, usually. It's OK to keep some things private, though, particularly finances.

Virgo (Aug. 23-Sept. 22): 7. When you're trying something new, it's easy to make mistakes. Those are part of the learning process.

Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 22): 6. You've been under close scrutiny lately. You've done well. Unfortunately, your job has interfered with your social life. Make up for lost time.

Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 21): 8. Be polite while an older person is present. Avoid a controversy. Somebody else can bring up the hot topic and try to defend it.

Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 21): 6. Organize your shopping trip to minimize travel time. If you can do it from home and have it delivered, so much the better.

Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 19): 7. After you get what your family needs, you can buy yourself a treat. How much of a treat depends on the deals you can find.

Aquarius (Jan. 20-Feb. 18): 7. The morning is best for selling, if you'd like to bring in extra cash. That might be a good idea, if you want to impress your date.

Pisces (Feb. 19-March 20): 8. You ought to be able to sleep late this morning. It'll be justified, if you work late into the night getting your other chores done.
