Services cover the planning phases - developing the test plan - and continue through analyzing detailed design documents, developing detailed scenarios, executing test plans, and ensuring problem resolution. 
 
eWave believes that QA work and team allocation should begin during the detailed design sessions so that QA specialists can gain the most comprehensive understanding of the project. The output of the QA is encapsulated into several deliverables: 

  • The Software Test Plan (STP) describes plans for system qualification testing.
  • The Software Test Description (STD) describes the test preparations, test cases, and test procedures to be used to perform qualification testing.
  • The Software Test Report (STR) is a record of the qualification testing performed on the system.

 

Database Administration

The helpdesk is available 24x7, 365 days a year, and serves customers around the world in several languages. The helpdesk is the first level of support.  Problems that are not resolved by the helpdesk directly are assigned to the eWave R&D or infrastructure teams until they are completely resolved.
