REMINDER: The JavaScript.Pro Shopping Cart does NOT work in Netscape or Internet Explorer 3.x versions, and never will. It only works on their 4.0 browsers.
Do not buy this product if you need your shopping cart to work on older versions!

Act1 Interactive is not responsible for the installation of this shopping cart to any user website (unless contracted to do so), nor do we make any guarantee that any user modifications to the code and program will continue to run without error.  It is at the complete risk of the user to change and modify ANY code to customize it for his/her own use.  (This does not mean it will not work as soon as you save the files, but there are certain parts of the JavaScript, ASP, Cold Fusion, and Perl code (depending on the version you have) you can not change, and we can not hard code that, so we need this disclaimer. If you run into problems, we can trouble-shoot it.)

Once the original files have been saved by the user (with modifications), Act1 Interactive no longer guaranties that the cart will continue to work, since modifications to Javascript code (that is not supposed to be) may result in errors in the program.  Once modifications are made to the files, the program does not become sole intellectual property of the user.  The copyright information for Act1 Interactive & JavaScript.Pro must remain in the source code as well as the user’s own copyright information.
