Act1 Interactive Direct Support

If you have a general question about the product please use the Chat Forum (below) to pose your question. Others may have the same question in mind. We'll try to be prompt about our response time with those answers.

If you need us to trouble-shoot your shopping cart specifically, then this becomes an "incident" for support. The current hourly rate for support from Act1 Interactive is $60 per hour, subject to change w/o notice. If you have purchased the cart with a certain number of hours of support provided, then you can use them for support questions and custom programming we may do for you.

To have us trouble-shoot any files, please ZIP them up and email the file and a description of what you would like done or fixed. We will trouble-shoot your problem, fix it, and send it back to you.
