NET carries out its billing accordnig to the following policy rules:-
1... Billing
is carried out once every logout session.
(a) The balance shown
is the one calculated at your last login session.
(b) The payment
made is added in the usage log immediately.
(c) The time appeared
in usage details is the one recorded when the user disconnects its session.
2... A warning is sent to the user when the remaining balance is less
than Rs.100/- and another warning is sent when the balance goes -ve. The account
with -ve balance are locked and user is disconnected from system.
3...
-ve accounts can only be opened if the balance is less than -ve Rs.100/- (i.e
between -ve Rs.1/- to -ve Rs. 99/-) in case of extreme emergency after complete
verification. This account is again locked and user discoonected when the balance
exceeds -ve Rs. 100.00.

In order to facilitate our corporate
customers using Corporate-1 (Rs.1500) and Corporate 2 (Rs.3500) packages, we have
enabled the option to convert their package to regular one's to avoid any package
lapse.
