If you're a techno geek who reads The Other Paper and
likes live music, you've
no doubt wondered, "How can I get The Other Paper's logo to appear on the screen of my personal digital assistant?" Good
news: We have figured
out a way. And, as a
bonus, you get the whole
week's Agenda listings.
Using a FREE application available from AvantGo, you can download listings from The Agenda to your PDA each week and carry
them with you. You
simply install and configure
your AvantGo software
to visit our Agenda listings
on a specially formatted
series of Web pages (link
below). Each time you
synchronize your PDA
with your Internet-enabled
home or work PC, the
device retrieves the
pages' content and saves
it. (Owners of wireless
modem-equipped PDAslucky bastardscan
connect directly to the
special page without
synchronizing.)
Then you can browse the
day-by-day Agenda, nightclub,
coffeehouse, and art
exhibition listings,
or use AvantGo's text

a particular locale or
performer, whenever and
wherever the urge to
avoid responsibility
strikes. You'll impress
