Vision
To
be a model organization for execution of externally assisted
Projects in the field of Technical Education in the country
using latest trends and modern techniques of planning, designing,
implementation and evaluation of the Projects and continue
to strive to establish excellence through facilitating the
beneficiaries in materials procurement, financial management,
academic field and establishing linkages among the technical
institutions and to provide a platform to disseminate and
share information and experience gained in Project Management.
