Wolfmother Live DVD - this week!
Rockers, Wolfmother this week release their first live DVD. Below we have the full press release and packshot.

Wolfmother Live DVD
10th September 2007

Since their beginnings in late 2004, Wolfmother have achieved international success with their modern, hard rocking form of psych rock. With extensive live footage, this DVD captures the energy and atmosphere that makes Wolfmother such iconic performers and musicians.

Playing in their hometown of Sydney, the DVD follows the band as they perform at The Horden and the prestigious Aria Awards 2006 - a ceremony where they picked up three awards, including Best Band. The DVD also features performances of ‘Dimension’ and ‘Love Train’ from a sold out show at London’s Brixton Academy and music videos of hit single releases such as ‘Woman’ and ‘Joker & the Thief’.

In a chapter entitled MEET THE MOTHER, the band give an insight into what makes the band tick when it comes to rocking the worldwide stage. With behind the scenes footage featuring Johnny Knoxville and the cast of Jackass, we see the band talk about performing live, making music and being on tour.

Releasing their acclaimed self-titled album in 2005 featuring hits such as ‘Woman’, ‘White Unicorn’ and ‘Joker & the Thief’, the band have graced numerous stages including Sydney’s Live Earth and jamming with Pearl Jam in 2006. Acclaiming worldwide recognition, Wolfmother were cited in Rolling Stone magazine as one of their "Top 10 Bands to Watch 2006" and 2007 saw the band pick up a Grammy award for Best Hard Rocking Act.
