The Florida Panthers are expected to ask Broward commissioners today to OK a request to refinance the Office Depot Center to provide the team with much-needed cash.
The cash-strapped Florida Panthers have a partial solution for the hockey club's money woes: refinance the debt on the Office Depot Center, netting as much as $12.6 million for the team and Broward County.

Onboard Media, publisher of promotional books and magazines for resorts and cruise lines, plans to launch a tourism channel in Miami Beach.
Miami Beach is set to get its own version of the Travel Channel. Starting in January, The Beach Channel will be launched on Charter Communications' cable system in Miami Beach, reaching 80,000 households and 12,000 hotel rooms on channel 19.
