Mission Statement

As the Principal Personnel Officer for the Army and a member of the Army board, to:

• Lead the development of the moral component of fighting power by delivering policies, plans and services that ensure a sufficient number of well motivated and capable individuals, now and in the future, and
• Develop the inspector of standards role so as to deliver the appropriate regulatory and assurance function across the Army, in order to enhance and sustain the operational effectiveness of the Army.
