In this section of the website, you can find out more about the CRE's recent work on behalf of Gypsies and Irish Travellers, through our Safe Communities Initiative.
We also tackle some of the myths and misconceptions about these groups, both of which have been recognised as distinct racial groups under the Race Relations Act 1976.
