This publication, which can be downloaded from the link below, is the result of extensive work during 2003-2004 between the CRE and representatives from NHS strategic health authorities from every English region.Good practice in housing The CRE has published two housing codes of practice, both statutory, for the rented and non-rented (owner-occupied) sectors. They set out detailed guidance on the Race Relations Act, provide examples of good practice in each field, and contain recommendations for landlords and housing providers to adapt to particular circumstances.
