Scindia galvanises Congressmen in Maharashtra
It was time for plain talking and taking stock. Mr Madhavrao Scindia, on his maiden visit to the State, did just that advising all Congressmen to reach out to party workers at grassroots level. "With the exception of very senior and aged leaders, all Congress leaders should visit the workers. I have asked for monthly reports of DCC leaders and their tours. As for those who are unable to work, let the message go to them that they will have to vacate their chairs", said Mr Scindia.
