	Current EAI Exhibitions & Events
			Copyright and Contemporary Art Practice Tuesday, October 16, 2007, 6:00 pm The rise of media culture and personal computers has enabled individuals to borrow, sample, appropriate and remix to an unprecedented degree. These strategies have become integral to contemporary art making. EAI presents a panel discussion about copyright law and contemporary creative practice. This panel will be led by a group of four legal experts with a range of experience in major arts institutions, universities and private practice. Reservations required. 			IN MEMORIAM: THIERRY KUNTZEL (1948 - 2007) September 24 - October 13, 2007 Thierry Kuntzel was an acclaimed artist, an influential figure in film theory, and a cherished friend. EAI is honored to represent his video works. In memory of Kuntzel, MoMA will present a series of screenings celebrating his art and his theoretical texts about film. More Information

			Exhibition Calendar The Exhibition Calendar provides information on current international exhibitions that feature or include artists in the EAI collection, as well as those organized or presented by EAI. The Calendar is updated quarterly. More Information

			Programs at Dia Center for the Arts EAI has frequently collaborated with the Dia Center for the Arts on numerous projects and events. These collaborations included screenings, artist events, exhibitions, and a distribution initiatve at the Dia Bookshop. More Information

			EAI's 30th Anniversary EAI celebrated its 30th anniversary in 2001-2002. A series of special projects and events honored this landmark, reflecting on a remarkable history and also looking forward into the future. Among the highlights of the anniversary events was a major retrospective at The Museum of Modern Art, New York, entitled First Decade: Video from the EAI Archives, which looked at the early days of video through the EAI collection. Special screenings, panels, presentations, and online projects were also part of the year-long celebrations of the first three decades of EAI. This section includes information on many of the special 30th-anniversary events andprojects. More Information
