BILLING AND CREDIT TERMS: Invoices are sent on the day of publication. Net amounts are due in 30 days with a 2% discount
allowed on invoices paid within 10 days of the invoice date. A 2% monthly late charge will be assessed after 30 days. New advertisers are required
to submit payment with their first insertion and will be invoiced on publication dates thereafter. Exceptions are where American Association of Advertising Agencies or Advertsing Agency Redbook agencies are involved. Advertisers not fulfilling multiple insertion agreements are re-invoiced at applicable rates.
DISCOUNTS: Frequency discounts are shown for multiple insertion agreements and are based on the following percentages
(rounded up to the nearest five dollars). 15% discount on 6 time insertion agreement (1 year). 7% discount on 3-5 time insertion, either
consecutively or predetermined issues within the year. Advertisers may change ads, rotate ads, and/or change ad sizes in fulfilling multiple insertion
agreements. Recognized agencies receive a 15% commission, providing invoices are paid within 30 days. Tournament advertisements receive a special
25% discount from the appropriate published frequency rates.
INSERTS:
Rates for separate advertising inserts contracted to accompany specific issues are quoted based on size, number of pages, weights and frequency. Samples
are required.
SPECIAL POSITION RATES: (Non-Commissionable) Specified page position, extra — $100. Specified page position for
fractionals (1/2 page or less), extra — $75. Special positions are subject to prior sale. Contact publisher to ensure availability.
CANCELLATIONS: All notifications of cancellations must be made in writing. No cancellation will be accepted after closing date.
ART AND COPY SERVICE: The Publisher reserves the right to make additional charge for advertisements containing difficult
or excessive composition. Artwork, illustrations, layout, lettering, retouching, outling, stripping, reversing, stats, photos, extra proofing, excessive
or special typesetting, patching of plates done by the Publisher is to be invoiced at prevailing rates. Excessive halftone strip-ins will be invoiced at
$25.00 per shot. Please contact Publisher for art service charges schedule.
WEB SITE ADVERTISING (Non Tournament): The Bull’s-Eye News web site located at www.bullseyenews.com offers print advertisers additional advertising exposure at no extra charge. All full page advertisers receive a banner ad linked to their web site and a listing with their logo and company information also linked to their web site on the products/sponsor page. All 1/2 page advertisers receive their logo, company information and a link to their web site on the products/sponsor page. All print advertisers of less than 1/2 page receive their company information and a link to their web site on the products/sponsor page. If any print advertiser does not have a web site of their own, Bull’s-Eye News will develop a mini site for them which will include their logo, company information and existing ad(s). Full page and 1/2 page advertisers receive mini site development free. Print advertisers of less than 1/2 page may have a mini site developed for a one time fee of $250.
WEB SITE ADVERTISING (Tournament): Tournament print advertisers may receive a tournament banner ad linked to their printable,
tournament full page flier on the www.bullseyenews.com calendar of events page for an additional $150. This banner and link will remain on line from the
initial point of sale through the tournament date.
DIGITAL LISTING FILE INFORMATION: All advertising material submitted should be in digital form with the following specifications.

D. Digital Proofs: DDCP (Kodak Approval, Screen TrueRite) Film-based proofs (Matchprint, Cromalin, Fuji or
comparable) Color Calibration, SWOP standards.

F. Desktop Instructions: Build pages to trim size (extended bleed ad 1/8” beyond page edge). Use stylized fonts and do
not apply style attributes to basic fonts. Avoid rotation and cropping on images in layout program. Include all fonts, images/scans,
logos/artwork. Do not nest EPS files in other EPS files. All images/scans are preferred in CMYK mode. Four color solids should not exceed
SWOP density of 300%. Be sure to include final laser copy of files.
G. Content and position proofs: Supply composite printouts with color clearly marked. IMPORTANT:
include name/contact and phone number.
H. Negatives: Right reading emulsion side down. Black and white: 133 line screen; Four
color: 150 line screen; Four color total dot density: 180%–two colors, 280%–three or four colors.
Printing: Offset four color, saddle stitch binding.
