Matt James Matthew B. James, M.A., D.C.H.; is the President of American Pacific University, Advanced Neuro Dynamics and the American Institute of Hypnotherapy. Dr. James is committed to life long learning as reflected in his many degrees and certifications. Matthew has an undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice Administration and Business Management, a Masters degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, and a Doctorate degree in Clinical Hypnotherapy from the American Institute of Hypnotherapy. He is also currently working on a Ph.D. in Health Psychology.

The VIBE Machine works on five different levels by using a medium electromagnetic field. In this field, a high voltage pulse is added along with ozone.
