AllStar Air Hockey is a fast action air hockey game with the speed and feel of a real air hockey table, played against a computer opponant. It supports either a mouse or joystick, has sound, and three skill level settings for the computer player. Version 2.0 offers a new 3D look and feel. Get ready for a lightning fast puck flying around!
AllStar Air Hockey requires Microsoft DirectX to run. Newer versions of Windows include DirectX, but if you don't see the air hockey table when you run the game, you probably don't have DirectX, or the DirectX installation on your computer has a problem. DirectX can be obtained free from Microsoft. If you need to install or reinstall DirectX, go to microsoft.com, and do a search for DirectX.
The shareware version of AllStar Air Hockey has a registration reminder screen, when you start the program. There are no other nags, and the program is fully functional. For just $10 you can register AllStar Air Hockey, and receive the code which removes the nag, by email. The registration code also works for 3dPro Air Hockey, a true 3D air hockey game. You get two air hockey games for one registration.
