The Children's Game Pack consists ot two children's favorites, the War card game and Slide Puzzle.War is a new version of the old children's card game. It has sound, six different cardback designs, and five different background colors. The game is easy to play and a children's favorite.
Slide Puzzle is another of those sliding tile puzzles where you have to get fifteen numbers in order, but with a different twist. Besides the built in numbers and letters puzzles, you can open any 16 or 256 color "bmp" image file as a puzzle. The numbers and letters puzzles are favorites among children, but be warned: solving a picture as a slide puzzle is a challenge, even for adults!
Slide Puzzle's number puzzle is shown above. Slide Puzzle tracks solving times for each puzzle and prompts you for your name whenever you have one of the five best solving times for a particular puzzle. It then shows the best solving times. Slide Puzzle includes 5 image files for solving.
The shareware versions of War and Slide Puzzle have nag screens, when the programs start. There are no other nags, and the programs are fully functional. For just $10 you can register both, and receive the code which removes the nags, by email.
