HtmlTab is an easy to use WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) html editor. HtmlTab will open multiple html files, and present you with a tabbed view of each file, for easy editing and quickly tabbing between open files. You can open pages on the internet, as well, but HtmlTab will only save files to your local drives. Although easy to use, HtmlTab is a full featured WYSIWYG html editor. It maintains a recent file list on its menu, as well as a Favorites list, to let you quickly reopen files you edit often. HtmlTab's dialogs make it easy to insert hyperlinks, images, and script into your page. The Insert Html dialog lets you save and quickly retrieve and insert any code or text that you use often.
HtmlTab requires Internet Explorer 4.01 or newer and the Microsoft DHTML edit control to run. The DHTML edit control can be downloaded from the bottom of this page.
The shareware version of HtmlTab has a nag screen, which shows once a day. There are no other nags, and the program is fully functional, for 30 days only. For just $10 you can register HtmlTab, and receive the code which removes the nag and keeps the program running, by email.
