Eligibility & Notes

  • Players must be fifty (50) years of age or over as of December 31st preceding the National Championship.
  • Format: Round Robin or triple Knockout (see below)
  • Winner advances to the Canadian Senior Women's Curling Championship

Rules & Guidelines

  • Teams may be composed of players from any affiliated NSCA club.
  • This shall be an open championship.
  • The draw format will be dependant on the number of entries received and follow the formula as follows:
    1. If the number of entries received equals six (6) or less teams, a round robin format will be used;
    2. And if the number of entries received equals seven (7) or more teams, a triple knockout format will be used.
  • No team shall be required to play more than two (2) games per day unless, in the semifinals or finals when both rinks involved consent to do so and have the approval of the Head Official, the Host Chairperson, and the NSCA Liaison Representative.
