Pierre Lacombe Illustrations of Cordwainer Smith

Pierre Lacombe was the illustrator of the very first,
3-volume French hardcover edition of INSTRUMENTALITY published
by Editions Opta in 1974. His work is similar enough to that of
Virgil Finlay that I mistakenly had put these pictures on the
Finlay page until someone set me straight. Here are some of his
striking illustrations.
